JellyBean (4.1.x) differs from ICS (4.0.x) in various ways, one of them is the default app picker.
The "new" AppPicker requires two taps to run an app: one tap on the selected application and one tap on "Use Once" button, while in ICS one tap was enough. It was worked-around by Google in JB 4.2.x by adding a "doubletap" feature: just tap again on selected app to use it once.
qwerty12's module adds the "old" AppPicker, but I wanted to have the same solution in both my devices (I use CM10.1 on my Nexus and Samsung's stock 4.1.2 on my GTab2), thus the mod :)
Requires Android 4.1.x.
