Meizu notification fix

Module for showing real icons of notifications instead of ongoing icon.

The module code does not repeat the code for similar modules and has some advantages:
- correct the display of large icons in some applications, such as Xposed Installer and M8 Weather. Maybe other..
- show of changes in real time. No need to reboot the device any more
