A simple module to make Android Auto less restrictive

Features:

Adjustable numbers of screen taps while vehicle is in-motion (the default is 6; anything that takes more than 6 taps is met with the "For safety reasons, you must park to continue browsing")Adjustable maximum speed at which AA limits "unlimited browsing" (this setting may or may not make a difference if you increase the tap limit)Adjustable max number of pages shown in list views. Allows more songs/playlists/etc to be shown.
