Changes: 

Added setting, disable the app to access GPS, so the statusbar won't show GPS positioning icon. To save power.
Fixed some apps can't faked positioning status.
添加设置禁止app使用GPS，状态栏不再有定位图标，用于省电。
修复某些app无法伪装定位状态。
