I'm trying to make custom rom

I am trying to make a custom rom. Till now I did this:
1 ..extract the boot.img and system.img form the KDZ,
2 ..decomplied the system.img (with cygwin)
3 ..deodexed the app folder (without the LGPhone_2c -> when not -> security errot Morningcall....) (with cygwin)
4 ..Root it (with cygwin)
5 ..copy META-INF folder from defcomg Super Light ROM after compiling the ROM with cygwin

Everyting install OK. I have Wkpark's bootloader 1.25a. Unfortunately stuck before the boot animation. Tried different Kernels - Acur V4 normal and anto-black, stock v30A, V30B, iodak 28b .1.1, etc.
could s.b. tell me what i do wrong or I miss to do?
