Changes: 

Fixed operator for Dual-SIM.
The difference of Method 1 & 2 is they may cause different app force close, and Method 2 works well now.
This also fixed that can't fake operators or base stations for some apps with Single-SIM.
Tested with AIDA64 & Network Cell Info.
修复双卡手机的运营商伪装。
两种方法区别是可能造成个别app闪退，目前方法二均正常。
单卡手机运营商或基站伪装失败的也要选择此项。
AIDA64 & Network Cell Info测试可用。
